For a quote on a custom order, please provide as many details as possible about the image(s) you are interested in, the sizing you would like, color alterations, and the finishes you would like. I will get back to you with options, examples, and quotes. 

 

Please be aware that resizing can alter the proportion of images, I reserve the right not to order prints when magnifications or alterations compromise the quality of the image.

*Colors can vary due to the printing process/photography/screen settings.

*All Prints are watermark free, with a digital signature and/or date if requested.

Discounts on Multiple Images?

Yes! When you buy two or more pieces, each piece is $5.00 off. So you buy 3, you receive a discount of $15.00.

Payment

When payment is received and credited to my account, your order will be placed, and tracking will be provided at that time. Once your order is placed it CAN NOT be canceled or edited. Payments are done through PayPal.com or Wave.com only.

Shipping

All Shipping, Handling & Tax are included in the prices listed. (Tracking Included)​

Shipping is typically 5-7 business days after payment has been received and verified and your order has been processed. The exact production time varies based on quantity and dimensions. A signature is preferred for all orders. Let me know if this will be an issue.

*Prints are shipped in sealed, secured cardboard packaging and sent through a shrink-wrapping process to protect your image.​

*Domestic shipping only at this time.

**I am not responsible for delayed delivery time due to shipping service issues...ie: covid, weather, manpower, or acts of God.​

Refund/Return Policy 

All prints are custom ordered & I do not sell/provide framing or mounting. I do not carry prints in stock. For that reason, I CAN NOT offer a return/refund on prints. If your order is damaged I will have a replacement sent as soon as possible. See below for my damage policy.

Terms and/or image(s) will be sent for final approval before your order is placed. Once your order is placed to print service/shipped, your purchase is final and cannot be stopped.

Damage

In case of damage please inform me within 24 hours of delivery. Please attach detailed photos of the damages.

 

If the shipping package has been damaged, please photograph it thoroughly before opening it to examine your print. I will not accept damaged package photos after it has been opened. If the print is damaged I will have a new print sent out.
